Live Better For Longer – Take Charge of Your Health With Easy for Follow Steps
Well known Medical Doctor and Professional Speaker, Dr Joe Kosterich, will share his insights on “Do It Yourself Health”.
Dr Joe’s DIY Health is founded on the principle that your health is directly influenced by how you live your life. The decisions and choices you make about what you put into your body, how active you are, how much rest and relaxation you get and how you deal with stress impact on your health, vitality and wellbeing.
Dr Joe has a regular column in the Mind and Body section of the West Australian Newspaper, is the regular Nightline doctor on Radio 6PR and Medical spokesperson for Virtual Medical Centre. He has also written for numerous publications and is regularly sought for comment by the media.
Wealth
Following Dr Joe’s presentation, MBF will launch their special health insurance offer to SBA members and their staff. SBA Members may be very surprised to learn of the substantial savings that they and their employees can enjoy on their health insurance just by being a member of the SBA.
Excellence
Also, SBA President Geoff Parnell, will announce the Subiaco Business Association Awards, an exciting new initiative being undertaken by the SBA that will involve every type of businesses within the City of Subiaco.
