Description Pro Subi Ltd is an independent not-for-profit organisation that acts as the marketing body for businesses in the Subiaco CBD. It was established by proactive Subiaco business people and the City of Subiaco to address the increasing competition from rival shopping centres and strip shopping destinations and collectively markets the Subiaco CBD as the unique retail, service, leisure and business destination of choice.

Marketing activities include;

* Develop and manage the branding for the Subiaco CBD.
* Subi brand advertising through a range of metropolitan media.
* Organisation and sponsorship of a range of consumer, community, and networking events.
* Develop and manage the Pro Subi member website.
* Subi.net.au website management. A consumer website highlighting anything to do with Subiaco.
* Member e-newsletter (keeps members informed on Pro Subi marketing initiatives, business news, and tips)
* Consumer e-newsletter (keeps consumers informed on what’s on in Subi, highlight tactical campaigns etc)
* Co-operative advertising and promotions through local media. Run in-conjunction with all major commercial events such as Christmas, Mother’s Day etc.
* Co-operate with and support the City of Subiaco in initiatives helping Subiaco businesses and visitors.
* Manage the Subi Gift Card. Facilitate corporate and consumer orders of the Subi Gift Card.
